Domain automatically extended when no credits ???

Hi,
As I understand it, Forumotion does not allow the transfer domain.
So, I have to wait domain for it to expire, and I can buy and own it.

But today, my Forumotion domain was extended one year for free (0 Credits).

I could not understand what was happening..

If Forumotion keep my domain name for one more year I will lose everything..
Now do what I can buy the domain name, or Transfer? Please tell me.

Is your forum very active? If so, Forumotion may have you the free domain extension for that reason. Forumotion sometimes offer free domain/domain name renewals to forums with really good activity as a gift for being so active.

Anyway, if you no longer wish to have the domain (meaning as it is right now on forumotion's server), I believe it can be cancelled if you want.

If you want to pursue this route, let us know and we can ask for someone in the main office to cancel manually if you like.

Just please let us know soon, because tomorrow is Friday and we need to have an answer so we can ask them by tomorrow. Otherwise you will end having to wait until Monday when the office re opens (as it is closed on weekends).

Domain expired or cancelled can be others purchased.
You can "Transfer" domain via Godaddy?

I mean what was the expiration date for the domain name in the administration panel?
