Description of problem

hello my problem is as follows:
nobody could be registered in my forum or posts the new idei.V beginning was not this problem be registered 22 users and now provides the following error registrations are prohibited by administrator.

my problem is solved thanks everyone

@shandarliev this should actually be a simple fix.
Go to ACP>Users & Groups>Users>User options>Look for "Allow new members" and make sure you have 'yes' ticked.>Click save and then your done.

but still no options for new registrations or registered user yet it can not meet topics

Check this also and make sure it is ticked at 'No':

Acp (admin panel)-->General-->Configuration--> 'Forum on holiday?' , make sure this is ticked at no. If it is not, set it to 'No' and save.

For members, I don't think there is a limit, I am not 100% sure of this though. I know there are Forumotion limitations for other things though.
