my member said that he recieved emails from registration but when he tried to confirm it, it doesn't work.

I don't know if that could be a general issue, but if it's only him, you can manually activate his account as well. Go to "Users & Groups / Users / Inactive Users" mark the checkbox nearby his username and click activate.
