New Member Registration Problem

For some reason new members can't register (there's another thread here on the same topic so I'm wondering if this is a more widespread glitch) - when you click Register you get a message saying 'Administrators have forbidden any new members.' I've checked in Administration and in the Users Option the Allow New Members is set to YES. Any ideas anyone?

My forum is still locked to new members :-(

Check that the forum is not in construction or on Holiday.

aha!!!!! You've hit the nail on the head - it's in holiday mode whilst I make some major changes - I didn't realise that would affect new registrations. Mystery solved. Many thanks for your help.
