Unable to access admin account

I have been trying to get into my admin account, however I am unable to remember the password and it's set to not allow admin to get new password. I tried to PM an admin to reset the password as instructed in another topic about this, but when I try it says I haven't reached the posting level to be able to PM. Help plz!
