How do I make a Skin!?!?!?!?!?!

Hi, I am wondering how to make a skin...

I dont want to know how to apply it to anything. I want to know how to MAKE a skin like the ones you see on Hitskin. Is there any software I need to make them? Or is it a website..

You can search them on internet.

GooGle : Free Forum Templates
Or make one in your forum with images and stuff.
Or make topic for skin.

to make simple themes all you do is go to your
admin panel-> styles -> colors and change the look.
you can go to ->list of pictures to change the look of images

If you know your way around CSS you can click the CSS tab and write a new CSS for the forum = this is advanced forum designing
