AP profile trouble

First I would like to apologize for having so many questions, a lot goes wrong with my site sometimes. But to get to the explantion part. So, here is what is going on. I usually try to update one small thing to a user's profile on the Admin Panel and when I click save, an error pops up saying 'this email address is not valid' and then it will replace my username to the email address box. I try going to the users list to grab their email and copy it and paste it in the box but then it says 'the password you entered does not match'. It will show the dots of the password placement and so I drag and drop but then it shows the error again. I am having to PM the user and ask them for their password and person information and I don't want them to think I am using it to hack into their system. I don't know why it is doing this but it is starting to get annoying. Is there a way to fix this? I hope there it. I had to ask someone for their personal information a couple days ago and i don't wanna keep doing this and have them think I am gonna steal it. What do I do?

This is down to you saving your username and password on your browser it then puts your password and username in the box. To fix this you need to use a browser that don't have your username and password saved on your browsers.

or you can remove the password saved on your browser then that will fix the problem.
