User does not exist?
Aloha!
I don't see any negative effects at the moment except for the fact that I am confused.
I received this Email:
I clicked on the link provided and received this page/message:
I went to my site's Administration Panel >> User Admin >> Management to open up the List of Users. Sure enough, the username is in the list. I then went further by clicking on the username to check for complications. All seems well and I see nothing that could be contributing to the confusion.
Am I missing something? As mentioned earlier, there doesn't seem to be any technical problem associated with this. But it would be nice to "iron out any wrinkles".
Any and all help is much appreciated!

Re: User does not exist?
With how I understand things now, I'm going to have to say that the user is not a guest.
I can't think of a reason why this username would be considered under "guest status" unless I did something wrong or missed a step in a procedure somewhere. I have the following settings in my site configuration:

- Enable account activation: User
Allow new members: Yes

Re: User does not exist?
In that case, when you received that information "Sorry, but that user does not exist" are due to some following reasons:
■ Their names are in the "Inactive Users". This means, they have not been activated their account. You can activate them manually, go to:
Admin Panel >> User Admin >> Inactive Users
By clicking on "Activate" you will activate all the selected Users.
By clicking on "Delete" you will delete all the selected Users.
If you activate the user, you will see his name on your board or memberslist.
■ Another reason is when you access the "Allow members to unsubscribe". Go to:
Admin Panel >> General Admin >> General >> Allow members to unsubscribe - No
Set it to No so that they may not able to unsubscribe. Set it to yes they may able to delete their account.

Re: User does not exist?
I had checked the list of inactive users earlier. It's remained empty.
Also, I've followed your tip to change the configuration of "Allow members to unsubscribe" from "yes" to "no". I understand this helping in the future.

Re: User does not exist?
Just to bring closure to this issue, I wanted to post that the link now sends me to the user's information page. Not sure how the solution came about. Maybe all that was needed was time?
Thank you for all the help!
