    Description of problem

    Hello,

    Due to an error on my part, some posts were lost last week. I did a back-up as of the most recent date (January 19). I was wondering if a staff person in the office would be so kind as to do another back-up, so that I can restore all the posts that I lost?

    You should have done the restores on the same day. Do the first one then wait 5 minutes and do the next one.
