    When the problem appeared : Hi, I have problem new members cant post topics but it says he can't post it for 7 days please check me how it fix. Thanks.

    Hello,

    it's not a technical problem!

    You have enabled the feature "Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails". It's therefore normal that all new members wanting to post a message with an external link can not do so...

    You just have to disable this feature on your admin panel > general > security to avoid this inconvenience
