member can't register in my forum, if they click Register, it show 'Administrators have forbidden any new members.', i try going to User & group >> User setting >> Allow new member(YES), but no use

Be sure that "Forum on holiday" and "Forum under construction" are set to NO in "General / Configuration".

Also, please don't use bold and color, as this is reserved for moderation only. Thank you! Smile
