    Solved Servimg not accepting my email

    Hi, ive just attempted to log into my Servimg account for the first time and it wont allow me to log in, im aware im to use the same email & password as my forum so i am definitely putting in the correct info. In desperation i clicked on "have you forgotten your password" & when i filled i my Email address it said it was the incorrect email...which i know it most definitely is the correct email. Any help would be much appreciated xxx

    If you are the founder of the forum, you have to use the email and password you used to create the forum.

    Hello,

    Have you changed the password for the founder account since creating the forum? If so, please note that the password wont change on servimg and you will still need to use the original password of the founder account to get in.

    No i haven't changed the password & as it shows in the 2nd screenshot it says my email address doesnt match any existing account?

    Hmm wierd, that screen just means the login info is incorrect. Whenever a forum is made it automatically creates a servimg account with the email address and password you used when you created the forum.

    If you haven't changed the email address or password and are indeed putting both in exactly as is and correctly, then it should be taking it. I don't know it wouldn't take it.

    Try copying and pasting the password in from like a word doc or something to make sure it is in there precisely and your not making a typo by mistake.

    If it still doesn't work then I don't know why it isn't taking it and maybe we will have to have our pro admin look at it if it keeps not working.

    Check here: AP > Misc. > Image Host
    See what email appears in the box.
