How can I add multiple forums to the news widget? PLEASE HELP!

I'm looking for a way to be able to add multiple forums to the news widget with invision, so anything posted in any of the selected forums would be displays in the news widget. E.g, I set it so any posts made in the "updates" forum and the "cats" forum appear in the widget, and not just have one of those forums displaying.

I use Invision for my forum and the link is: ultiminer.forumotion.com
