Description of problem

I cannot sign into vgchat on my account. The last time I signed in was the 15. I haven't been able to sign in for a week now. Can someone look into it? I'd show a screenshot, but it's on the other computer. And it's not a ban. People on the discord kept irritating me saying it was a ban when it wasn't. They have no empathy. It keeps sending me to adfly. Can someone look into it?

Have you contacted the administrator of the forum to check this? Also, have you tried recovering your password?

The administrator hasn't been on in months. There was one returning administrator who overturned the only ban I received this year. This only occurs on my MichaelXD account and no other account. It said it detected suspicious activity with my account or computer when I did ask for a password reset, but I remember my password just fine.

From what i understand, either you have been banned or hacked on that account. There's nothing we can do from here since you are not the administrator of the forum. You can ask the administrator to change the password via the Admin Panel for that account and then change it again so you are safe just in case you were hacked.

I was neither hacked or banned. The last 3 people who had been on that forum were us, me and Cycling Road plus Karnine. None of us are forum moderators.

There is no other reason why you cannot retrieve your password. As i said before, you can contact the administrator to change the password and you can only wait until they log in and change the password for you. We cannot do anything to change your password or help with any other way your connection in the forum.

How the [Language] do I get hacked? Why is it only me and no one else?

Also refer to the second post. Originally I remembered my password just fine. Then I was asked to change it again.

Hacking doesn't work in groups. If someone hacked you, therefore you only will not be able to login.

But they can hack more than one person individually.

That happened in February. The sign in problem started only in September. As far as I'm aware, they have nothing to do with each other. Who are you anyway?

It depends on what kind of report.

Report an Abuse - administrators of forum

Litigation Report - Forumotion (report itself) and administrators of forum (in a form of a notification)

Is the issue you are having is when you try to log in you are being redirected to adfly?  If yes, it has to do with Forumotion's anti-spam system.

It is a system that helps prevent spam on forums.  If it detects any suspicious activity on your account, it redirects you to adfly to fill out the form to make sure that you are not a spambot or spammer.  The activity is not just from our forums, but your overall browsing activity.

I did fill out the form, and it still won't go through. What do you mean by my overall browsing activity? Is there something wrong with it?

I meant that the system checks your overall activity.

You mean activity like on google and other forums? And, yes.

What was so suspicious about them? Was it because I changed my email on the forum itself? That's normal.

We do not have a way to see what is determined suspicious.

Well then who can help me resolve the problem? I have other problems to resolve. Such as finally being able to use my action replay and problems with Skype and my Microsoft account and what have you not.

It sounds like you have a account that is listed on our Black list system.

How our black list system works:
When you log in on your forum it reads your IP address and if you have a rolling ip address it will change every time your computer is turned on and used.
Now if your IP address changes say 3 times a day and you use the forum 3 times a day it will flag up on our system.

Our system then thinks your account is hacked or your account is a spammer account, This then sends a report to our servers and your account gets blocked our end.

Now what we have to do is talk to a admin or a member of the staff on that forum and get a list of your IP addresses used then we can delete your IP ban from our system and then you can get back in again.

I'm MichaelXD. I signed on from multiple different places, but when the problem started I was home for a while. I sign on on multiple computers, desktop and laptop. None of the mods and admins are on right now.

That is why you are getting the problem you use more then one computer and each one will have a new IP address.

I had to keep getting new ones because the other ones kept breaking. Also how do you recover Skype messages and activate Easeus, the Data Wizard Recovery?

it's ok i have sent a Email to our team in the head office and they will do what they can to help but sadly they are about to go home for the weekend so this may take a little longer and not seen until maybe monday
