Description of problem

I haven't been on my Forum in ages. .I wanted to check in.I'm sorry . I tried it a lot, but I couldn't remember my password.I'm sorry . .when I click the forgot my password button, it asks for my e-mail address.I'm sorry . .but I don't remember what I wrote as an e-mail address.I'm sorry . . I wrote six or seven mail addresses.I'm sorry . he refused.I'm sorry .please help me immediately.I'm sorry .Thank you in advance.

If you do not remmeber the email address you used, then simply include a list of any and all email addresses you may have used when you send the pm. If any of the ones listed is the right one, then we will let you know and proceed with helping you get back in.

What Brandon's trying to explain to you, is that if you don't remember what's the creation e-mail you supplied at the time of creating your forum, you can list all email addresses you may have used by private message

You should not send a PM to different staff members about password issues.

I did not know he had sent out the PM to more than one staff member but i am dealing with it now @SLGray

Hello I have sent a Request to our head office just now,

Our head office is closed at weekends and I Hope to have a reply from the office Monday or Tuesday
As soon as I get a reply I will post here letting you know when you will be ok to log in on your forum.

Please keep an eye on your Email address for a Email from us.
Note it may go in your spam Emails so keep a look in there also.

Good news.
I have got word back that your Email address was changed and I have sent you a new password please look in your Email's (The address you gave me to change for you) and you should have 2 Emails from us.

Please Don't try and copy and paste the new Password as this can put a space in it.
You will need to type the password in as it is in your Email.

when you are in please let me know by posting here on this thread.
