Avatar (Naruto hadn signs)

Hello,

I need your help to make me the animation. It should be the same size as the pictures below:

You should crete the animation of the same size. The first frame will be Horse sign, with a light blue (like the color of this Forum), Verdana, Bold, at the bottom-right of the picture write "Horse" (with no quotes. It'd be nice if you can add the first letter be some nice font, but the others (orse) bust be Verdana Bold.

The picture should switch in fading style, along with the text. Make it so you can't see the end of animation - it shoudl always loop. Please don't make it have different times - every hand seal should stay about 1 second.
