Description of problem

Not sure if this should be here or in "Appearance" section, but here goes...

How do I get the Zodiac signs to show in members' profiles?
I have it in the list, and it shows in some of ours but not all.
If it only shows when the members enter their birthdates at registration, is there a way I can add them after registration?

When you say it only shows for some but not for all, do you mean the symbol/icon does not appear on their profile or that the entire field is missing?

Can you provide a screenshot of a profile that is 'missing' the zodiak?

The Zondiac shows in my profile:


But not in this members:


It shows for some of us but not for others.

And here is a SS of my settings:



As you can see, "Mailbox" and "Zonies" are not showing either.

Ok so after looking at different profiles using the test account provided by you for the other issue, I believe the issue is likely a permission issue. It seems to show only on users who are Administrators.

Here is what I would like to have you check, if you could click on the button across from 'Zodiac', and then on the page it takes you to, check to make sure that the dropdown box next to 'Display this field for users that are at least:' is set to 'members'. If it is not, change it to 'members' and click save and let's see if that solves the issue.

Hello If you Don't put your date of birth in your profile when you make your account then it will not show up in your profile unless you edit your own profile later.

Sadly you can't do anything about them profile's that have not added their dates of birth.
You can make it so your members have to add the date of birth when making an account so it will always add them from now on.

Just to clarify on this part from Ape, it is possible to edit what is set in the date of birth for each member by editing their profile in the admin panel. There is a couple problems with this though, the first problem being that you would need to know what their date of birth/year of birth is which you have no way to know without members telling you. The 2nd problem is you would have to edit it manually for each member that didn't enter their date of birth, which can get tedious.

I did a test in a members profile and the Zondiac did show in her profile.
I will tell the members how to get the sign if they want it.

If you would like, you can set the date of birth as a mandatory field members need to fill in, in order to register if you want. But this will only solve the problem for new members who register after you make the change, not existing ones. Let us know if you want us to help you make it a mandatory field or not.
