Forum disappeared

Hey forumotion support team,

My forum has disappeared - typing the URL directly into my firefox brings me to a different page with a different domain name altogether, and it is the same for the other members who checked it for me. It seems that my username on this forum has been deactivated also (hence me posting this with a new account). I am the only admin for this forum, and I most certainly have not deactivated or archived it. I also checked the email account I made the forum with; I have received no emails about deactivation or archiving of either my account or the forum itself.

Can you please tell me if there is a way to recover the forum and my original username? And if it can't be restored, if there is perhaps a way to get the information posted there back in some form?

This is probably due to this: https://help.forumotion.com/t155249-only-topic-technical-maintenance-on-forumotion-domains .

If you sign in to the founder utilities ( https://www.forumotion.com/utils ) using your foundation email and password, you can get the new url of your forum. If that doesn't work, send me a pm with the foundation email address you used to create the forum and I can look it up and tell you the new address.

 NOTE:
It maybe a good move to Email or news letter your members with the new url of your forum.
if you have a facebook account for your forum it will be a good move to tell your members there aswell.
