An old Admin highjacked my site

Recently an old Admin just took control over our site using the main account restricting all admin accounts of the privileges and is doing what she pleases with the site. We have no way of gaining access, I need some sort of help, some sort of guidance to get it back. The site is magiworld.forumotion.com the previous Admin goes under the account name of Diana Corvus. I even have access to her real name and info if it's important. Here is also proof of the stuff she did.

Have you tried seeing if you can get access back using the Forum utilities as well: https://www.forumotion.com/utils ?

If that doesn't work, then send a pm to one of the listed staff members at the bottom of the thread Stephen listed you to and we will do what we can to help.

I am not, I am currently trying to find the founder so that he can have things changed and have the parameters changed so that I am in control again. But I need to know what to do on the chance that I can't get access to the account. It's an active site and this has halted all of our work. I am currently writing a message to one of the accounts to hopefully find a solution.

Unfortunatelly, the founder themself need to come and ask for help. We aren't allowed to help anyone else but the founder with issues regarding the founder account.
