How to change my forum from ForumSR to Forumoiton (about contest)

Yes it is better and please don't use bold and any font change to your text as this is reserved for the Staff warnings.

As for your problem you cannot move your forum from your country board to forumotion's. Forumotion forums appear under forumotion's site, your country forums appear under forumsr's site (Greek forums under forumgreek's site, Russian forums under forum2x2's site etc..)
