    Description of problem

    Hi everybody!
    I have a forum since 2010, just now I want to a professional forum site, for this I promote my forum to Premium Package...

    I want to disable ads but I could'nt see to disabling ads choice when I get the package. Crying or Very sad And ads still on my website...

    And I want to special domain name but I know I must spend additional 1200 credits... If you can help clearly I'll get it or I must cancel to my package... I really spend so money when I need it, Please help... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

    Buy the way how can I enable to easy monetization of the forum and earn money? Exclamation

    Is the issue that you have not figure out how to remove ads if you purchase a package and forgot to remove the ads?

    Yes, I don't understand how can I remove ads now... Crying or Very sad I think you want to additional credits for remove ads after purchase the package but I already spend so money and my premium package not monthly, it's for a year... I know I'm really careless but please help me about changed my choice about disabling ads... Just I'm purchasing a domain name too and I'll activate forum monetization... And I want to be your customer for so many years, just I need some help, please... Thank you...
