Ads not disabling

Description of problem

I purchased the premium package and I have tried to disbale the ads. It is telling me that I do not have enough credits? The premium package states that ad disabling is included?

When you subscribed to the Premium package, did you modify this line by selecting which disabling of advertisements you wish to have? Each choice increases the price of the package and the default choice is "No".

If you have not selected "for members only" or "for members and guests", it is normal that you continue to have visible ads on the forum.

When you buy a package You only buy the package not the things listed like ad's removed or domain names.

If you wanted ad's removed you needed to change the settings when you buy the package.

Sadly if you have already paid for your package then you will have to pay for more credits to pay for your ad's to be removed as this Don't come in with the package if you have not done it on the first step. Sorry
