    Solved Disabling ads for members

    On Monday the 17th I activated the advanced package, no problem there. I also paid to disable ads for members but they are still being seen by members.Thanks in advance for any help. My apologies if I have posted this in the wrong place.

    Hello @Gwim_Weaper i am sorry to hear you have had problems with removing your ad's

    You told us you made the change to your forum ad's when we have really bad server problems.

    You may need to send me some more data held on your forum and any emails you may have got from us.

    Ads are still not disabled, although initially they were for a few hours on 17th.

    we were informed that all domain purchase or renewal requests made since Friday evening are still pending.
    they will be processed as soon as the situation stabilizes.

    hello,

    from what I see on your forum right now, the ads are disabled for members until June 17, 2020 which is what you paid for.

    you made this transaction in the middle of a database blackout and it is quite normal considering the situation that the implementation took time for the situation to stabilize.

    currently that everything is back to normal, I do not see any problem on your forum and everything is ok
