Problem removing Chatango chatbox

Description of problem

Hello. I'm trying to remove a chatango chatbox from my site, but when I go where the code is and delete it it seems gone, but when I hit publish, and go back to the site, the chatbox is still here.

We want to remove it in favor of a discord embed if at all possible

Hello. I'm trying to remove a chatango chatbox from my site, but when I go where the code is and delete it it seems gone, but when I hit publish, and go back to the site, the chatbox is still here.

We want to remove it in favor of a discord embed if at all possible

If you have the code in your templates can you not just delete  all of the code and reset it back to Default by pressing the red cross.


If you have other codes installed in the same template then you will need to re add it again after your reset it.

EDIT:

when you removed the code did you refresh the page and clear your browser cache and cookies? If No then i would do that and see if it's gone.
