Error creating new forum.

Hello there,

I have been trying for the past 3 days to create a new forum but gets the error message " unknown error " on submission. Please help.

did you check in your mail to see if you received something from Forumotion (junk folder also) in order to activate your new forum
also note that some Email addresses that are not public ones will not work ... best to try with hotmail, live, gmail, outlook, dont use yahoo cause sometimes causes some problems

this is happening due to this https://help.forumotion.com/t155249-only-topic-technical-maintenance-on-forumotion-domains

africamotion.net is not available you must choose Forumotion.com if the forum default language is English, serbianforum.info if the forum default language is Serbian,...etc

When applying for new forum I do not get the option of forumotion.com. It is locked at africamotion.net

if i click the page i only see forumotion.com as option so maybe its a country issue

Hello @OldCroc

It was a mistake. You should no longer have the domain africamotion.net in the creation list because it is indeed a domain under maintenance as indicated by @skouliki

You should currently be able to choose another one. We apologize for the inconvenience caused
