Asking for a friend.

So back in the day I got banned from making two accounts, this was back in 2016. The reason I made another account is because I forgot the email I used on the original, and didn't know how to contact staff, I just wanna know if I can get my account, Kamui, unbanned, or will I able to make a new account.

We only ban one account if you have more than one.  The only exception is if you break the rules then both accounts are ban.  Can your friend not log into the other account?

He can't. Can he make a new account? His other two accounts are banned.

Please can you give the names of the 2 account's this member had on this forum we will take a look at the account's and see the reason for the ban's if the reason is not that bad then we will get back to you.

The only account name he remembers is Kamui, the only reason he was ban was for having two accounts, but on both accounts he never got a warning for his behavior, at all.

Sadly the username Kamui did have warnings for me to know more about the case I will need to know the other account's he / she had.

We never ban the 2 account's unless the member was breaking our rules.

Ask your friend to give you all the Email addresses he / she may have used and i will find the account's with my tools.

Once you have the Email addresses you MUST PM me them and NOT post them here in this topic

If the account's are not that bad i will reopen the banned account the member wants.

Okay I have looked over the 2 account this member had and i can't see why the 2 account's was banned.

the member has lots of miner warnings but nothing to big.

So i have unbanned 1 account in the name of @Kamui

The warning bar is set to 25% any more warnings and the member will be banned again with no return.

If the member would like a new password please let me know and i will Email him/ her a new one.
