    Solved packages

    I hope this is the right place for my question.

    I wish to downgrade from the advanced package expiry in 10 days to the premium package. I can find no way of doing this. I can only renew the advanced package. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello,

    The only way to change the package is to let it fully expire, then immediately buy the package you want after that.
