    Solved Renewal of packages

    About ten days ago I enquired about downgrading from the premium package to the advanced package. I was told,"The only way to change the package is to let it fully expire, then immediately buy the package you want after that." The package expired today [Your Premium Package expires in 0 days] I now find that I can only renew the Premium package and not downgrade to the Advanced package which is my intention. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

    Still only let you renew, wait until you have no package and in the AP you have a free package, the day 0 is the last of the package, but is still active
