    Solved ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED after choosing another subdomain

    Hello guys, i make a new forum today and i just choosing a free subdomain which forumotion offers, it's team-talk.net, but suddenly i got ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED issues, anyone can help me to recover my forum?

    Hi skouliki, i've try using the direct connection method by login with administrator id and username, after i click validate. Its keep showing error name resolve and sent me to this link edited

    yes i tried it there, with the direct connection method that has been explained here https://help.forumotion.com/t155249p30-only-topic-technical-maintenance-on-forumotion-domains

    but after i input the administrator username and password in direct connect, its sent me to this link http://krmi.team-talk.net/login.forum which showing error-name_resolv

    yes, i just modified the template before change the domain in forum address setting.. any chance to get help from the founder/TheGodfather for changing my subdomain just like this issues? https://help.forumotion.com/t158133-err_name_not_resolved

    Yes of course, my forum is ready and already activated, just like what i mention above, i just modified the whole template and its okay, but the problem coming when i choosing team-talk.net domain.

    yeah i already read that slgray, and already tried the direct connection method too but its still error.

    I change in the administration panel -> general -> forum address .

    From forumotion.asia subdomain, i changed to team-talk.net

    and suddenly got that error. i wish it could be restored to the before subdomain.

    idk about that before, not till i try to change that domain, any chance to restore my subdomain to my previous one?
