It is automated. I am guessing something hasn't processed the way it should have. Please send me via pm a screenshot of your receipt and I will make a ticket on this issue.
Do also bare in mind you made this topic on a weekend, our team does not work weekends except for emergencies (such as server issues or serious bugs effecting service). Now that the weekend is over, I can make a ticket and get it sorted out for you.
