    Hello,

    Please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong section. I have tried contacting a forum admin/mod but my account does not have enough posts to do so.

    Everytime I search my name on google I am tied to an old thread I made back in 2009 on a forum that is no longer active. I have tried contacting the forum admin on the website but have had no response, mind you it says his last login was back in 2010 so I don't think I'll ever hear back from him. The reason I want this post removed is because it does contain some of my public information including email address and city that I do not want exposed to the internet. On the bottom of the forum when I click "Free Forum Support" it brought me to this website. Is a admin/mod able to help me out with this? I don't see any other way to go about it as I've been trying other alternatives such as deleting the thread/editing it. But the thread is locked and I can't make any changes to it.

    Looking forward to hearing back from someone!

    If the post contains personal data such as real name, you can also declare a litigation and provide all info you gave here (topic locked, admin no longer log in ...) and of course link to topic.

    The tool isn't really designed for that, but since laws appliable to boards protect your privacy and since litigations are dealed with Forumotion's legal unit, they usually edit or remove post with personal data
