    Any administrator account can access to the Control Admin Panel but only founder account modify Templates

    So if I make someone a Moderator, and assign them to specific forums, that's the extent of their powers as Mods? I never made the Mod an Admin, he's only a Moderator. So I'm assuming that's vert different from making him an Admin.

    The moderator can only moderate what is on the forum.
