I have 3 groups of moderators and none of them can access the Reports page even though there is a link in the Nav Bar for them.

The settings are set to Administrators and Moderators to view the reports button, but when my moderators click on it is says "You are not allowed to use this part of the Report Post Hack".

What's wrong?

Do they all have special rank of moderator?

Yes they do.

What exact link did you put in that nav link? Also, you might try to go to "Users & Groups / Groups" click the permissions icons for the moderator-group and just hit save without changing something. Sometimes this fixes already some minor permission glitches.
