    My moderators can't access the report.forum page to deal with new reports. Is there a setting somewhere that I missed that will allow them to see it?

    try this, i dont know its work either but its worth to try.

    ACP > general > Reports > configuration > report status > set it to moderator

    I had the same problem, so I added a link on the Navbar. Heres how to do it so only the Admins and Mods can see the link.

    Arrow Administration Panel
    Arrow General
    Arrow Nav links -- found in the sidebar
    Arrow Add a Customized Menu
    Arrow Title is "Reports"
    Arrow Text is "Reports"
    Arrow Redirection URL: just "/report.forum/" -- do it as is.
    Arrow Uncheck "Members" and "Guests"
    Arrow Save

    Done. Now your moderators can click the link in the NavBar anytime they wish to view the reports.. as can you.
