New user registration problem

Description of problem

Hi

I have a user who says she 'messed up registration'. She is getting a message saying

Current date/time is Sat Sep 26, 2020 1:52 pm

Information
The e-mail address you supplied does not match the one listed for that username.

There is no record of her username or address in the list of users in the administration panel.

Any advice on how I can reset things so that she can re-register?

did you check this? maybe the member has not activated the account

It may also be that the Email address is Black listed on our system.

the best Emails addresses to use are.
Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, Live, Yahoo, But we have found problems with Yahoo before where Emails took a long time to get to your members and sometimes never get them at all.
