Is it possible to get a custom design or am I stuck?

It seems like the question doesn't fit other sections so hopefully I'm in the right place. I want to be able to have a custom design coded so I can modernize the forum, and I don't mind paying for it as a service to someone that knows how to do it specifically on the forumotion platform, even if it takes me a while to save. The question is how customizable are the forums and is it even possible to do it, with or without a paid plan doesn't matter. The link is added only as an example, I would be making a design mockup in such a case, not at all asking if someone can code someone else's design.

I have an old forum and I don't want to discard it and move to my own host losing the database as I know transferring it isn't possible in all cases. But I can also not find people offering services like that and looking at the similarity of the hitskins themes it feels like there's just a general look that can be achieved.

So I'm in a pickle that's been bugging me for a while now and couldn't find a lot by searching so I figured I'd just ask.

I use modernbb but don't mind switching to a different version if that adds a level of customization. Forum address is http://norean.bulgarianforum.net

We do not offer whole themes as a service here.  You will need to locate a forum that offers that service.  Checkout the promotional section.

Sorry we do not offer this service here on the support forum but it's not hard to make your forum look good your self.

We are a free support forum host that give support for your forum and help with some basic codes but we will NOT make skins for you.

We can help with specific parts of a forum, but not a whole theme/skin.

Thank you guys for the replies . Hopefully I manage to tweak it at least a bit more then will definitely be around for help with some things cause I’m almost at my limits with the css .
