Delete....

I tried to delete my forum and I followed the instructions just like it said but it didn't delete my forum. What do I do when this happens?

Hello @JennyorAlice first of all i would like to say I am sorry to see you leave us and wish you all the best in what ever you will do next.


If you want to delete the forum then you must First log in as founder to your forum.
In the Delete my account page you must type the word DELETE in the box then press save / ok

Now don't shut your Browser with the page of your forum.

Now open up a new tab on your browser and go to your Email's

you should get a Email from us asking your to click the link.

Please remember the Email could be in your junk folder and may take upto 10 mins to be sent to you.

If you have done this try again.

If you still have a problem please send me a PM with the following.

URL of the forum.
Email address of the founders account held.
Name of the founder account.
Screen shot of the founders account when logged in.

It can take upto 72hrs for this to take place thou.

Update:

Just to let you know this is still pending on my tools.
This means the team have not got round to this ticket as of yet.
It can take up to 72hrs to be seen as we only have a small team dealing with the tickets we make from all over the world.
