OK, I used a personalized profile for an image (Site owner,admin etc.) But the problem is, it shows up on everyone's profile. Now obviously Everybody isn't an admin or what not, so how do i select who gets the icon, and who doesn't?

You can select for Admin to modify the field value. You can also set a default icon for every member(i.e. Member) and replace the value for everyone and set the value manually for others such as mods and admins.
