It said my forum had 6976 credits
But I cant spend credits
It said :
You have currently 0 credits
i dont know what the problem!

Your 6976 credits are probably the credits for the directory.
Forum directory credits do not have anything to do with the regular credits you can spend.
The only way to receive regular credits to spend on your forum, is to purchase them.
