Copyright matter............

Is that OK to share software or crack or something like that?
As I see it is Ok in much forums even big forum like NOKIA, etc to share software, games, etc by their own members even though they dont make it theisselves.

So as long as we get the permission from the link we want to post so means legal?
Even though it is megaupload, rapidshare, etc?
Off course the dowloaded software link is not about hacking or something like that......
