Portal Page Chatbox

Hi all,

New forum admin here.

My portal page chatbox is very unreliable. One time you load the page and it is fine. Next time you can't log in and the next time it is just a blank white box with nothing.

Is there something that I am doing wrong or need to do different?

I am getting the same problem on my homepage with the chatbox, I have tried alltering the screen resolution but still no good, my members use the chatbox a lot, can anyone help

Yes mine do too! We are having lots of issues with skipping posts and other problems.

Not sure if it is something that I am doing wrong or what.

I'd like to point everyone to this thread here. Please list the issues and continue the discussion there to gather as much info as possible in one thread.
