i was just wondering how these different group are set up on here, have they got the same powers? if so how do i do it

i just add gloebal moderators on my forum but i dont want to give the same pwoer to the moderators is their a way to give them less power?

Not in terms of restricting specific powers of moderators (e.g. delete or lock a thread). You can only specify in how many forum sections your different mod groups have their powers.
