Inserting a new Faq header/category

I've already added to the existing FAQ's and would like to create a new category of FAQ's yet when I go to Rules and FAQ==>FAQ==>FAQ header, I still have the original FAQ that I submitted. Is there a possibility of creating an additional user FAQ Header/category or must I find a way to consolidate any new FAQ's with the one's that I have already submitted?

You mean you've already created a category but now can't add another?

I don't know how to do that myself.. I called my category additional questions..
if anybody knows how to add more categories

That is correct. I would like to add an additional FAQ Header/Category however it seems as if one done... it's done. You can continue to add new FAQ's to the FAQ you've created but unless a member of Staff tells me how to add an additional Header/Category....

Any Staff members know this answer?

You can only have one additional faq-category in addition to the existing ones.
