Rankings Empty Rankings

Stars above our avatars for rankings is able just for me i m admin ... but how to make that ranking stars be able for all users?

Go to the admin panel, then go to Rank Administration. Make a new rank (don't make it a Special Rank) Then name it whatever you want (examples: Member, Junior member, Senior member) then put one star or however much stars you want, and you could pick how much posts they need to get more stars or to the next rank...
