some of my good posting members can't access my site
Hi staff
i have received this question from one of my members on behalf of another member if you could just read the post and then give me your opinion please
http://ukfishingforums.darkbb.com/lounge-f14/still-slippy-missing--who-wants-to-know-t708.htm
the member can't log into my site anymore and was wondering why this may be, it's got me wondering how many other members of mine which haven't posted in a while may be effected by this same problem !
can you please look into it and get back to me asap
thank you very much
Dan.

Re: some of my good posting members can't access my site
I had this problem a couple of days ago with one of my members. I posted it in the communications forum.
The advice I was given said for the member to clear her browser's cache and delete any cookies. Then try again. She did and it worked. She is now happily back on our forum.
I don't know how to determine of others in your forum are having this problem if they haven't contacted you. Maybe email and ask any active posters you haven't seen for a few days?
