I'm having a problem re my post dates as today and yesterday.Can I change them to the actual dates of the posts? thanks.

The dates will automatically change after two days. For example if you make a post today the date for it will be Today, tomorrow it will show Yesterday and two days from the day you posted it will show the actual date. As far as I know the Today and Yesterday messages can't be deactivated.
