Purpose of Keywords Censoring

What is the purpose of "Keywords Censoring?"

I tested censoring a keyword and was yet still able to use that search-term in the forum and retrieve search-results.

its like this to make it simple

faq: if you dont want the word "fuck" to display inside the forum you can use that word censoring to edit it!, it will automatically change of the word into something if you want to show like this f***
