ranking problem not fixed yet

I can't put a rank like this when I put the link of rank it's appear only one star like this . I try to change whit peint but it come a normal without flashing. Haw cen I fix it or is it posible to fix it?

You can only put one url in the Rank Image URL box, so when you enter the url of your star, the image will appear only once (it looks as if you've posted the url twice in your post to get the two stars together).

Paint won't allow you to edit the star and keep the flash, Paint is too basic a program and doesn't do animation, gif's etc. Suggest you do a search for forum logo's, images etc., I found loads of images, including stars like you need etc.
