Ranking problem

I have created a group of VIP members & in rank administration i have written the rank title and in rank image url i have pasted the url.........but after visiting my forums i saw that the rank title is not showing and the rank image also.......plzzz help

have you assigned the ranks to the members already? ("Users & Groups / Users", click the user you wish, scroll down and choose the rank in the field "rank title")
