Stop changing usernames

How could you stop members from changing their usernames...?

allow users to change their names?
or something like that

Here is how you do it.

Go to Users and Groups in Admin Panel
On the left side click on user settings


Then Scroll till you see this

Make sure it says "no" then save.

its defo in user settings as said above.... i just checked
